The Fine-line is the latest development aimed at providing a low-priced, high-capacity fine screening system for dry screening particles randing in size from 100 to 5000 um. Operating costs are minimized by using standardized, commercially available, ternsioned screen cloth. The machine is available as a single or double desck screening machine.

Out-of_balance motors provide the required vibrations which are transferred to the screen deck by means of drive crossbars. Frequency, vibration width, and inclination of the system can be easily adapted to the requirements of the respective product. Capacity and screening efficiency can be individually optimized without difficulty.

Standard equipment includes an attractive machine design, ergonimic control elements, automatic cleraning of the screen cloth, as well as a complete dest-proof closure.

Another remarkable advantage of the system is the excellent accessibility of all maintanence or screen assembly areas. If required, the screening machine is simply lowered to it's "maintanence position" and all working areas are easily accessible.

The standard screen dimensions with widths of 1000, 2000, or 3000 mm and a length of 2500 mm were determined according to standard cloth widths of wire mesh screen decks. Therefore, the screens required are low-prices and can be procured within short lead-times.
