Not only does TYCAN® build screening machines to last, but we can rebuild them to last even longer. Over time and years of constant use even a TYCAN® screen can show its age.
Now with the W. S. Tyler Canada Rebuild Program you can reduce maintenance costs and even increase your productivity by avoiding costly replacements. Our Rebuild Program can be accomplished on-site to minimize the time your machine is down. You can expect prompt on-site evaluations, a detailed itemized report and quotation, scheduling of the rebuilding process and delivery to customer site. A TYCAN® Service Representative will be on-site to supervise start-up. |

| In general, our rebuild programs consist of: |

| A TYCAN® consultant does a complete on-site review of your screening operation. This includes collecting screen feed and output for sieve analysis, recording screen maintenance and repair requirements, and assessing inventory. |

| Upon receipt of a TYCAN® study report you may elect to continue your current maintenance practices or ask W. S. Tyler to assume supervision only of your screening maintenance and rebuild program or inquire about W. S. Tyler extended warranty option. |

| Screens are refurbished at TYCAN® Centres. This approach rebuilds a screen to like-new condition with a 12 month service warranty. On completion of a rebuilding program, TYCAN® specialists will provide an annual or semi-annual maintenance check and parts inventory review. |

| On request, we will conduct training sessions on screening and preventative maintenance for your plant management, maintenance and production supervisors. |
