W.S. Tyler Introduces a Long Life, Small Diameter Wire
 
Mentor, Ohio— W.S. Tyler is pleased to introduce Ty-Ger™ Wire, an industrial wire available for high wear screening applications. Traditionally, this steel wire is only available in larger diameters, however W.S. Tyler provides smaller diameter wires in this unique high carbon alloy. Ty-Ger™ Wire is engineered with a special patented drawing process resulting in a high wear, tear-resistant and extremely elastic wire. Ty-Ger™ Wire has up to two times the tensile strength of stainless steel and up to four times the strength of basic steel—lasting up to four times longer than both.   Field-testing in a variety of applications has proven this to be true. Ty-Ger™ Wire is available for screen replacements, including Hooked Screen Sections.   W.S. Tyler also offers a warranty program to support this product.

Ty-Ger™ Wire is available from the U.S. Media Group, Mentor, Ohio facility. W.S. Tyler offers a variety of wire screens to fit all screening applications.
