Service Technician
The Service Technician travels to customers' sites to provide customer support relating to products/services and conducts on-site service calls. While responding to the customer's problems and inquiries, you will advise technical solutions and promote the sale of our products.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to interpret machinery technical drawings are a necessity, as well as experience in the installation of machine parts, including welding. You must be customer focused and proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in service/maintenance with a focus on mining equipment is a definite asset.
Extensive travel is required. While our St. Catharines office will be considered homebase, relocating to the St. Catharines area is not necessary.
