F-Class Four Bearing Screens
W.S. Tyler Canada offers the F-CLASS as the number one vibrating screen for the heavy mining, crushed stone, and coal industries. It is designed and constructed with many built-in features that are considered extras by other manufacturers. The F-CLASS is a four bearing, circle-throw vibrating machine featuring a double eccentric shaft and is dynamically balanced at all operating speeds. Both the vibrating body and side arms are supported by shear rubber mounts. The F-CLASS four bearing, circle-throw vibrating screen is easy to maintain because of its readily replaceable parts and solid HUCK™ bolted construction. For maximum versatility the F-CLASS offers one, two, or three screendecks. These decks are available in widths from three to eight feet and in lengths up to twenty-four feet.

Action
The positive circle-throw motion of the F-CLASS is developed by a counterbalanced double eccentric shaft, which is supported by four double spherical roller screen bearings. Rubber mounting units isolate the vibrating body from the stationary base frame. The shaft is supported on the base by side arm assemblies that are also isolated on rubber mounting units. The F-CLASS free floating action permits the shaft to find its natural center of rotation without strain or thrust on the bearings. This feature minimizes maintenance and downtime and prolongs the life of the bearings. The F-CLASS vibrating screen is usually installed at an angle of 15 to 25 degrees and operates at speeds of 750 to 1050 RPM. The F-CLASS is designed to provide cut sizes from 6 inches to 20 mesh.

Economy
The F-CLASS modular design and the use of standard components result in savings because W.S. Tyler Canada fabricates and assembles different size machines from standard stock components. This standardization of components also results in readily available spare parts. Efficient operation, low production cost, and low maintenance are assured by F-CLASS rugged construction and larger bearings. The bearings used by F-CLASS match the bearings used in our other vibrating screen series.

Quality
Every F-CLASS vibrating machine is backed by years of engineering experience. Prior to shipment each machine is carefully examined and operated over a prolonged period assuring correct balance, satisfactory bearing operating temperatures, smooth operation, acceptable noise levels, and quality workmanship.
