The W.S. Tyler Canada H-CLASS vibrating screen uses gravitational and high frequency vibration forces to stratify and maximize particle separation. The sharp linear motion rapidly stratifies material and speeds separation. The H-CLASS rotary electric vibrators produce high G forces that create resistance to screen plugging or blinding, increasing tonnage capacity rates. The advanced, solid-state drive controls for both fixed and variable speed units, deliver performance reliability. The H-CLASS is ideal for dry screening of fine materials such as lime, chemicals, fertilizers, sand, and abrasives. For maximum versatility, the H-CLASS screens are offered in one to three deck configurations. These decks are available in widths from three to four feet and in lengths up to twenty feet. |
The linear motion of the H-CLASS is developed by V-85 rotary electric vibrators located above the screen body at five foot intervals down the deck. The vibrators incorporate a system of fixed and adjustable weights to generate the high-frequency action. These vibrations are transferred down to the screen deck so that only the screening media itself actually vibrates. By adjusting the weight setting at each individual vibrator, G force and particle separation can be customized for each five foot screening module. The screen body of the H-CLASS remains completely stationary for long service life. The H-CLASS standard vibrator is a fixed speed 1800 RPM motor suitable for most dry, free floating screening applications. For more difficult jobs where moisture and blinding can be a problem, a variable speed drive with burst cycle timer is available. The H-CLASS vibrating screen is usually installed at an angle of 30 to 40 degrees and can operate at speeds up to 3600 RPM. The H-CLASS is designed to provide cutsize between 150 mesh to 1/8 inch. |
The H-CLASS modular design and the use of standard components result in savings because W.S. Tyler Canada fabricates and assembles several different size machines from standard stock components. This standardization of components also results in readily available spare parts. Efficient operation, low production cost, and low maintenance are assured by H-CLASS rugged construction and long-life regreasable vibrator bearings. H-CLASS standardized design combined with it's rugged construction results in minimum maintenance and downtime. |
Every H-CLASS vibrating screen is backed by years of engineering experience. Prior to shipment each machine is carefully examined for quality of workmanship. All welds are inspected for continuity, paint finish is checked and approved, and bolt hole alignment on mating flanges is measured for conformance to the final certified drawings. When all criteria meet specifications, W.S. Tyler Canada will release the machine to the customer. |
